Customer Owned vs. Rental
At this time, Imperial primarily processes customer-owned goods because renting is overall more expensive. While renting in some cases may seem easier and more convenient, users can end up paying for new linens several times during their useful life. This proves to be a cost-prohibitive scenario, especially for large-volume linen users.

Imperial is very experienced in assisting customers in converting from a rental program to a customer-owned linen operation. An owned-linen system is more efficient, easier to manage, more cost effective, and it allows you complete control over the quantity, quality and costs of your entire linen and laundry operation.

How to Order
Imperial can furnish apparel and patient linen items to meet your needs through the Encompass Group, Superior Uniform Group or VF Imagewear family of brands. If you prefer another brand please call our office for details (713) 223-1365.
